The story of Frosty Hollow.

 

This beautiful home had been on the market with a competitor agent for twelve months before Homesale was invited to carry out an appraisal by the current owner.

I will be honest we approached the seller three to four months prior but as often happens she engaged in a dialogue but did not instruct us to sell her home immediately.

     When eventually she did we:-

  • Reviewed the competitor's marketing - it wasn't great.
  • We made sure our photographs and floor plans would show off the property in its best light.
  • We launched a video campaign on social media which attracted over one thousand local views.
  • We provided a 360-degree virtual tour of the home free of charge.
  • We accompanied every viewer to the home because an agent had to be present to sell.

 

Importantly we did not change the asking price which was set by the previous agent.

Over the next four weeks, we conducted viewings. In fact, we had more viewings over those few weeks than the previous agent had in the previous twelve months.

We agreed on the sale at 98% of the asking price and our client is moving home at the end of May having exchanged contracts.
